Coercive Control Coaching

A hand making a peace sign against a clear blue sky.

What do I wish I would’ve had? Real-time support for the moments when I wanted to fire back and shouldn’t have. Structured communication strategies, not a one-size method, but what actually worked for my individual situation, because it didn’t match anything I’d read in the books. I can help you have that.

I teach you why coercive control works, how to stop reacting to it, and how to communicate so you’re never the one painted as the problem.

Evidence Organization

A stack of white notebooks or journals with a black binder clip on top, placed on a wooden surface.

This is the labor no one tells you about. Years of messages, screenshots, and incidents don’t organize themselves. Someone has to read every page, find the through-lines, and build them into the coherent patterns only you know.

I thought I’d sit down in my room and peacefully sort it all out. Instead there was one emergency after another. Unexpected deadlines. Documents submitted without my approval. A coercive controller escalating on every front. My team needed what I had immediately, so I sent it, and I spent the next year regretting it, because once the mess is out there, you can’t undo it.

And because I did this after litigation started, my most expensive billed hours went to organizing chaos instead of strategy. I wish someone had guided me through it before the lawyers. I wish I’d known how to show the very real coercive control without it landing as chaos. I wish I’d had my binder complete before I ever contacted an attorney.

That’s what I do now. It’s my favorite part because I see the threads! I help you birth the binder so the labor is already done.

Access to Vetted Experts

When I started, I didn’t know what kind of support I even needed. What I wanted was one advocate I could ask everything: how to interview a legal team, what to watch for, and what type of professional might fit my situation. I would have loved clarity from day one instead of stressing and hoping I wasn’t about to make things worse.

I also wish someone had told me, in my own language, what each professional was actually there to do, who I might need and when, and what it would likely cost, so I could make the decisions in front of me with confidence instead of running on fear.

Now I do exactly that. I’ll help you figure out what kind of professional you need, when you need them, and what it will likely cost, plus you get access to my own personally vetted team. I’ve continued my formal training in coercive control and joined a growing list of coercive control professionals in Arizona working to build the support needed to meet the new laws.

Coercive Control Victim Advocate

Attorneys are trained in law. Not in psychology, not in trauma, not in nervous system regulation. That means your overwhelm either eats their billable hours or gets left on your bedroom floor, with nobody to help you carry it. Most victims navigate the most important fight of their life dysregulated, unorganized, and alone. I hold experience in both worlds. Decades of lived pattern recognition in abuse dynamics, certified training in coercive control (CCPC), and extensive somatic and trauma-informed certifications.
